EN : With Ours et deux oursons (Bear and Two Cubs), created in 2024, Sophie Verger recalls the circus games of her childhood with her cousins. Lying on its back, a bear balances on its paw its two cubs stacked one on top of the other, in a daring acrobatic pyramid. But there is no ring or tamer here: they play in complete freedom!
Its brown patina with lighter undertones highlights the verticality of this humorous, whimsical bronze sculpture (33 x 14 x 17 cm), to place on a console, a shelf or a desk.
