FR : Avec Mon trésor, créée en 2024, Béatrice Cols saisit l’un de ces petits bonheurs qui font l’enfance. Debout en maillot de bain, ses tresses dans le dos, une fillette entrouvre ses mains jointes et y jette un regard attendri : elle vient de trouver un petit galet ou un coquillage, son trésor.
Haute de 63 cm, cette sculpture en bronze tout en délicatesse évoque les souvenirs de plage et la magie des petites découvertes. Elle trouve sa place dans un intérieur comme dans un jardin.
EN : With Mon trésor (My Treasure), created in 2024, Béatrice Cols captures one of those small joys that make up childhood. Standing in her swimsuit, her braids down her back, a little girl opens her cupped hands slightly and gazes at them tenderly: she has just found a small pebble or a shell, her treasure.
Standing 63 cm high, this delicate bronze sculpture evokes beach memories and the magic of little discoveries. It is at home in an interior as well as in a garden.
