In her work, -La Bandonéoniste-, Valérie Jayat composes a moment that is both fragile and strange, where the figures seem to evolve between dream and reality. The Bandoneon Player holds her instrument like a silent echo, while the figures around her distort and transform, as if drawn in by invisible sounds. It is a painting that speaks of memory and perception, a moment where sound becomes existence.
