EN : With The General in the Seat, created in 2022, Lieven d’Haese humorously portrays a general in a medal-adorned uniform, nonchalantly slumped in a club armchair, legs stretched out and chin raised. An ironic yet tender vision of power at rest.
Set on a grey stone base (22 x 27 x 16 cm), this small bronze sculpture full of character fits perfectly on a desk, a console or a bookcase.
