EN : With Soap, created in 2019, Lieven d’Haese immerses us in a fresh childhood memory. Sitting in a large basin with wavy edges, as if in a bath or a soap bubble, a child joyfully stretches out his arms, carried by the delicate balance of his shell.
Set on a grey stone pedestal (35 x 26 x 16 cm), this light and poetic bronze sculpture is at home on a console, a shelf or among the flowers of a garden.
