FR : Avec Je la vois, créée en 2023, Béatrice Cols célèbre l’imagination des enfants. Assise au bord d’un muret, les jambes dans le vide, une fillette aux couettes forme des jumelles avec ses mains et scrute l’horizon, à la recherche d’un bateau, d’un oiseau ou d’une terre lointaine.
Haute de 80 cm, cette sculpture en bronze a été pensée pour s’asseoir au bord d’un bassin, d’un muret ou d’un socle. Une présence joyeuse et pleine de malice, au jardin comme dans la maison.
EN : With Je la vois (I Can See It), created in 2023, Béatrice Cols celebrates children’s imagination. Sitting on the edge of a low wall with her legs dangling, a little girl with pigtails makes binoculars with her hands and scans the horizon, looking for a boat, a bird or a faraway land.
Standing 80 cm high, this bronze sculpture is designed to sit on the edge of a pond, a low wall or a plinth. A joyful, mischievous presence in the garden as well as in the home.
