FR : Avec Quiétude, Béatrice Cols saisit un instant de calme absolu. En maillot de bain, une jeune fille s’est accroupie, les bras posés sur les genoux, le regard perdu au loin. Tout, dans sa posture, invite à la pause et à la contemplation.
La patine aux nuances chaudes souligne la douceur du modelé. Haute de 62 cm, cette sculpture en bronze trouve sa place au bord d’un bassin, sur une terrasse ou dans un intérieur contemporain.
EN : With Quiétude (Stillness), Béatrice Cols captures a moment of absolute calm. Wearing a swimsuit, a young girl crouches with her arms resting on her knees, her gaze lost in the distance. Her whole posture invites us to pause and contemplate.
The warm-toned patina enhances the softness of the modelling. Standing 62 cm high, this bronze sculpture is at home by a pond, on a terrace or in a contemporary interior.
