Limestone Tears unfolds through long, vertical gestures that resemble cascades carved into stone. The palette of greys, blacks and soft whites creates a distinctly mineral atmosphere, while small openings of ochre appear like natural fissures within the surface. Through these flowing, eroded textures, Mathis Duhem transforms gravity and movement into a quiet emotional resonance. This work reflects his ongoing exploration of materiality, time and the silent language of abstraction.
